Shipping Policy
Our standard shipping rate is RM8 for Peninsular Malaysia and RM17 for Sabah and Sarawak.
Orders are processed within 3–4 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or promotional campaigns.
We ship internationally via FedEx International Priority or Malaysia Post EMS. Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Once an order has been dispatched, shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided are accurate. We are not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or losses arising from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Tracking details will be provided once the order has been shipped.
