Returns and Exchanges
Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 15 business days for domestic orders and within 30 days for international orders. Unfortunately, exchanges are not available beyond 30 days from the date of purchase.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Stilaré management reserves the right to reject any item that is damaged or shows signs of use.

Sale and clearance items are not eligible for exchanges.

Please send returns along with a receipt or proof of purchase to the following address. Returns without proof of purchase will not be processed.

After sending your item, email us at ahaempireco@gmail.com with:
a) Your Name
b) Invoice Number
c) Reason for Return
Returns Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether the return has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, as there may be a processing delay. If further assistance is needed, contact us at ahaempireco@gmail.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are not refundable.

Refunds
Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If your item costs over RM200, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
