Pre-Order Policy

To confirm and secure your pre-order, please make an advance payment at the time of booking.

All pre-orders are non-refundable.

Order cancellations are not permitted for pre-order items.

Due to high demand, please anticipate potential delays in order processing and fulfillment.

For orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship the in-stock item first, followed by the pre-order item once it becomes available.
Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)

Shipping within Malaysia is available at a flat rate of RM8, with a rate of RM15 for Sabah and Sarawak.

Estimated delivery times: 2-3 business days to West Malaysia, and 3-5 business days to East Malaysia.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping via FedEx International Priority or Malaysia Post EMS.

Delivery estimates are 3-5 business days for FedEx International Priority and 7 business days for Malaysia Post EMS.
