Pre-Oders
1) Kindly secure and book your order by making advance payment for your item.
2) Strictly no refunds for all pre-order items.
3) Strictly no order cancellations for all pre-order items.
4) Do expect unwanted and unintended delays in order fulfillment due to large quantities being processed at any period of time.
5) If you have placed orders on both a pre-order and an in-store item, we will ship you the in-store item first. Once, the pre-order item has arrived, we will proceed to ship the item out to you.
Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)
1) Shipping within Malaysia is at a flat rate of RM4. For Sabah and Sarawak, it is a flat rate of RM7.
2) Our delivery provider is Ninjavan, and the estimated delivery time to West Malaysia is 2-3 working days, whereby to East Malaysia, it is 3-5 working days.
3) Expect delays during festive and sales promotion periods.
International Shipping
1) We ship worldwide via Fed Ex International Priority or Malaysia Post EMS.
2) International expedited shipping will take 3-5 working days. Malaysia Post EMS will take 7 working days.
3) You may track your delivery via Fed Ex here, and delivery via Pos Laju EMS, here.
4) Shipping fees will be calculated upon checkout.
5) We Ship to all countries except Israel and Nigeria.
